In January, Mayor Brede declared 2007 the Year of the Family in our hometown of Rochester, Minnesota. This website is dedicated to this proclamation and serves as the Year of the Family’s portal to numerous local organizations’ websites and the services, resources, and opportunities they provide to Rochester families - all forms of families.

On www.RochesterYOF.com, you’ll find::

• this month’s YOTF featured event.
• local community information for families with kids, senior citizens, and other family groups. As well as information on volunteer opportunities, recreation, education, and religious associations.
• links to various community calendars that feature general community events, visitor events, events for seniors, and events for families with children.
