Great neighborhoods are developed by neighbors working together to improve their neighborhoods and their city.

RNeighbors empowers and organizes neighbors so they can work together to build community, decrease crime, and generally strengthen their neighborhoods. There are currently 26 registered Neighborhood Associations in Rochester, Minnesota. More information is available at http://rneighbors.org.
